Fork Catering Class Registration
Register for classes:
Please complete the form below and mail or drop off with payment to mailbox at Fork Kitchen 330 South Main St. Sebastopol, CA. We will contact you when we receive your check by phone or email. If registering last minute please save this form and email it to us, we will contact you promptly to confirm your space in the class and let you know class specifics.
All classes take place from 5:00-8:00 in the Fork Kitchen at 330 South Main Street, downtown Sebastopol. Please park out front or in the public lot across the street.
